In addition to planting we have a stone crew that specializes in walls, patios and terraced gardens. Using stone harvested from local quarries, our stone crew can build into existing ledges or take a newly planted lawn and create terraces for sitting areas and other gardens.
With skid steer, or loader, mini excavator, and multi-purpose tractor on site, we are able to move and set boulders, do light logging and forestry management, tree and shrub removal and planting, as well as build stone patios and walkways, retaining and rock walls, turning even the largest landscape plans into realities.
With the aforementioned machines, we are also able to improve drainage on your property and clear brush and trees.

Spring/Summer Services
Our experienced and helpful staff is always on hand to help you design and install your perennial beds, rock gardens, flower boxes and potted gardens. We also enjoy working on larger scale landscaping projects. Whatever the project we have the equipment and the experience to get the job done.
Fall Projects and Services
Fall is the time to think about planting your spring blooming bulbs, pruning your shrubs, and putting your vegetable and flower gardens to bed. It’s also time to fertilize your yard and work on brush cleanup. The knowledgeable staff at Mad River Property Management is ready to help with all your Fall projects. We are able to help you re-pot, transplant, and feed your indoor plants for the season. Outside we’re ready to get your brush cleanup done and your yard ready for winter. Fall is a good time for our landscapers to plant perennial beds, trim your trees and shrubs and get your yard and landscaping ready for next year.
